If you have an existing reservation and need to cancel or make changes you may do so via the website or by contacting Experient Customer Service by email at mdrt@experient-inc.com or phone at 301-694-5243. All changes are based on availability.

If you have not yet made your hotel reservation and hotels are not showing available for your travel dates, Experient is now offering the aRes service to accommodate new reservations for the MDRT Annual Meeting. The aRes service provides a list of available Toronto hotels with 3-5 star ratings. Click here to access aRes for current hotel availability.

PLEASE NOTE: This third party site offers available hotels that may have room rates, deposits and/or cancel policies that differ from the original MDRT hotels and MAY NOT be within walking distance to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Any changes or cancellations to reservations booked through the aRes system must be made directly with the hotel. MDRT appreciates your continued support and looks forward to seeing you in Toronto!

Hotel Reservation Changes and Cancellations

Reservation changes should be made online but can be done in writing with Experient. Cancellations must be requested in writing. If you need to modify or cancel your hotel reservation:

May 14, 2014 – May 19, 2014
All hotel reservations are being processed and transferred to the hotels. No cancellations or modifications may be made at this time.

May 20, 2014
You must contact the hotel directly to change or modify a room reservation. Cancellations within the individual hotel policy or failure to check in on your confirmed arrival date will result in loss of reservation and any deposits. Canceled hotel rooms cannot be reinstated and will be treated as a new request.
