 VISAS AND VISA DENIAL REFUNDS

If you are traveling to Toronto from outside Canada to attend the 2014 MDRT Annual Meeting, we advise you to determine whether you will need a visa to enter Canada. The following links are provided as a resource found within the Canada Border Services Agency and the Citizenship and Immigration Canada websites regarding visiting Canada and Canadian visa policies and procedures. We encourage you to apply for your visa early.

For members who may require assistance obtaining a visa to enter Canada, a personalized Annual Meeting invitation letter is available to download from the 2014 Annual Meeting website using an approved 2014 MDRT member ID number and birth date.

Members can click here to sign in and receive your personalized letter. Only approved 2014 MDRT members will be able to download this letter. Therefore, it is important to apply for 2014 membership early. MDRT membership applications for 2014 have been mailed.

Visa denials

Members who are denied a Canadian visa are eligible to receive a full refund of the meeting registration fee only if official documentation of their visa denial is provided to MDRT (mdrt@experient-inc.com) by June 11, 2014. MDRT cannot process refunds for visa denials after June 11, 2014.
