  • Experient handles all housing requests on a first-come, first-served basis. Members must be registered for the meeting to secure a hotel room and are encouraged to do so at the time of registration. Hotel choice and room rate preferences are requests only and are not guaranteed. If this information is not complete, Experient will automatically reserve your hotel for arrival on Sunday, June 24, and departure on Wednesday, June 27. A credit card valid through August 2018 is required to confirm your reservation. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted. Experient will email a confirmation of your meeting and hotel registration within two business days of completion.

    MDRT’s official housing opens at the same time as registration: Monday, March 5, 2018. Availability is not guaranteed. Members are able to reserve one room. The deadline to book a room at an MDRT official hotel is May 30, unless the room block sells out sooner.

    Please be aware that Experient is the only official housing provider for the 2018 MDRT Annual Meeting.

    Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than Experient is not approved by MDRT. Reservations offered by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties or be completely nonrefundable. Please be aware of any unauthorized solicitation and report any issues or suspicion to MDRT.

    Keep a copy of your registration and housing confirmation for your records. In the event you request days either prior to or following the actual meeting dates, Experient may have to contact the hotel direct for extension of room availability, which may delay confirmation by up to five business days.

    Prior to June 7, 2018

    Reservation changes should be made online, or can be done via email to mdrt@experient-inc.com or by fax to +1 (301) 694-5124. Cancellations must be requested in writing. All changes are based upon availability and are not guaranteed.

    June 8 – June 11, 2018
    All hotel reservations are being processed and transferred to the hotels. No cancellations or modifications may be made at this time.

    June 12, 2018, and after
    You must contact the hotel directly to change or modify a room reservation. Cancellations within the individual hotel policy or failure to check-in on your confirmed arrival date will result in loss of reservation and any deposits. Canceled hotel rooms cannot be reinstated and will be treated as new requests.
